HE DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION UNTIL MONDAY AFTERNOON 4-26-93 WHEN HE REPORTED IT TO HIS SUPERVISOR. HE CLAIMS THAT OVER THE WEEKEND HE NOTICED THE FOREIGN PARTICLE IN HIS EYE. HE ALSO
