EE WAS REORGANIZING THE FIREHOUSE TO ACCOMMODATE SCOTT AIR PACKS AND WAS MOVING SOME BOXES WHEN A WASP STUNG HIM IN THE RIGHT CHEST CAVITY. EE WENT TO THE GUARD HOUSE INFORMED GUARD HE WAS STU NG BY A WASP AND HAD A REACTION FROM THE WASP BITE. EE TAKEN TO HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT AND RELEASED 3 HOURS LATER. EE RTW NEXT DAY. NO RESTRICTIONS.

WORKMAN H OSED CAUSTIC LIQUOR TO DRIAN THAT SPILLED FROM OPEN PIPE. WATER SPRAY UNDER VESSEL WET ENGINEE'S PANT LEG. ENGINEER WASN'T AWARE OF CHEMICAL WASH DOWN ON OTHER SIDE.
