ON 9-9-94, EE WAS BITTEN ON HIS LEFT KNEE BY AN INSECT. ON 9-14-94 HE REPORTED TO OTHER THAT HE THOUGHT HE SHOULD HAVE HIS KNEE LOOKED AT AS HE THOUGHT IT WAS INFECTED. ON THIS DATE HE WENT TO CENTRA CARE AND THEY TOLD HIM TO COME BACK ON 9-16-94. ON 9-16-94 EE WAS RELEASED TO COME BACK TO WORK BUT WAS TOLD TO COME BACK TO THE DR OFFICE ON 9-19-94.
