EE WAS REPLACING BUCKETS ON A CLINKER BUCKET ELEVATOR WHEN THE WIND CAME UP BLOWING DUST IN EYES. ADMINISTERED FIRST AID AT PLANT AND THEN SENT TO EYE CARE CENTER TO REMOVE PARTICLES. PRESCRIP TION WAS ISSUED.
