2 EMPLOYEES HAD WORDS BETWEEN THEM THAT LEAD TO AN ALTERCATION. AS THEY TUSSELED INJURED EMPLOYEE'S FOOT CAUGHT IN A CHANNEL AND WAS CRACKED. THIS INCIDENT WAS NOT REPORTED TIL LATER IN THE DA Y WHEN EMPLOYEE HAD TO GO HOME. WE DID NOT KNOW UNTIL AFTER TALKING WITH THE INSURANCE CARRIER AND THE OFFICE OF MSHA THAT A REPORT HAD TO BE FILED.
