EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING AT THE DESK IN THE SCALE HOUSE WEIGHING A TRUCK WHEN HIGH WINDS BLEW THE ROOF OFF OF THE BUILDING AND BLEW OUT ALL OF THW WINDOWS IN THE BUILDING. EMPLOYEE SUSTAINED A CUT ON THE HAND WHICH REQUIRED STITCHES.
