HE IS NOW CLAIMING HIS BACK IS HURTING AGAIN AND HIS DR. HAS PUT HIM ON TOTAL DIABILITY AS OF 12-31-98.

EMPLOYEE HAD FOR PAST 2 DAYS NOSE BLEEDS AT HOME.WHILE AT WORK HE WAS WORKING IN A DUSTY ENVIRONMENT AND SNEEZED CAUSING HIS NOSE TO START TO BLEED AGAIN .EMPLOYEE WAS TAKEN TO COMPANY DOCTOR WHO PACKED HIS NOSE AND SUGGESTED EMPLOYEE TRAKE ONE DAY BED REST.
