EE was aiding in measuring dust collector bags when a colleague noticed they were unresponsive to questions. Colleague stated they were unresponsive and was ready to fall and grabbed them. Operator hit head and got cut above eye. 911 was called, EE came to and EMS transported to hospital. Appears a seizure occurred due to de-hydration. 3 stiches were given.

Employee observed spillage at a belt conveyor transfer point. Employee twisted his knee as he reached for the emergency stop cord on the plant feed belt conveyor. Employee apparently strained ligaments of right knee. As per doctor report, employee will be able to return to work on 6/15/09.
