Employee was walking along the west side of the indurating machine when they felt something in left eye. Rubbed eye and did not think much about it. Later in the day, it became irritated, so eye was flushed. Eye was flushed again at end of shift. Woke up during the night, and eye was burning. Unsure of what got in the eye and from where.

Employee was looking for parts in the bottom of a cabinet. Employee was sitting in a chair. Employee stood up and felt a pop in their knee. After approximately six months the employee had knee surgery. The condition of the knee was grade 3 and grade 4 arthritis and degenerative in nature as described by the surgeon. Employee has been a mechanic for 23 years.
Employee was working at ground level in a compressor room and upon bending over and not lifting anything felt a dull pain in the middle back.
