A WIND GUST BLEW AGAINST THE DOOR CAUSING IT TO FALL, INJURING THE EMPLOYEE. MEDICAL CARE WAS GIVEN AND DIAGNOSIS WAS CERVICAL STRAIN TO NECK. EMPLOYEE RETURNED TO MODIFIED DUTY STATUS ON 4/14.
