EE HAD TO PHYSICALLY REMOVE A LARGE PIECE OF ASPHALT THAT WAS WEDGED IN THE JAWS OF THE RENTAL CRUSHER. BY LIFTING THE HINGED SAFETY HATCH EE CAN THEN PROCEED WITH THE REMOVAL THE SAFETY HATCH WAS NOT PULLED ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE SECURED POSITION BECAUSE THE SAFETY RAILINGS WAS NOT REMOVED FIRST. THE WIND KNOCKED OVER THE HATCH ONTO FINGERS
