EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON ENGINE IN SCRAPER. THE HOOD WAS RASIED AND WAS LATCHED BY THE LATCH PROVIDED ON THE SCRAPER. WIND BLOWED THE HOOD DOWN KNOCKING HARD HAT OFF AND CUTTING HEAD. HE RECEIV ED MEDICAL ATTENTION WHICH RESULTED IN 4 STICHES TO RIGHT SIDE OF HEAD.
