EMPLOYEE HAS TO WELD A PATCH ON SCREEN DECK. AREA THAT NEEDED PATCHED WAS ON DECK LOCATED UNDER SPRAY BAR, CAUSING EMPLOYEE TO WORK IN C RAMPED POSITION. AFTER EMPLOYEE COMPLETED WELDING HE A TTEMPTED TO GET OUT FROM UNDER SPRAY BAR AND TWISTED HE RIGHT SIDE OF HIS LOWER BACK AND HIP.
