EMPLOYEE FOUND THAT HIS RIGHT ARM WAS SORE WHEN HE GOT OUT OF BED 1/5/91. HE THEN WENT TO A CHIROPRACTOR WHICH TOLD HIM THAT HE HAD A PINCHED NERVE IN HIS NECK WHICH WAS GIVING HIM PAINS IN TH E ARM. NOTE: THE EMPLOYEE HURT HIS NECK 7/31/90,AND NO MEDICAL TREATMENT NEEDED AND NO LOST TIME. HE HIT HIS HEAD ON AN EDGE OF BROW.
