EMPLOYEE REPORTED HE WAS GOING TO THE DR WITH HIS KNEE HE DID NOT HAVE AN INJURY AT THE MINE WE WERE UNAWARE THAT HE HAD TURNED IT IN ON COMPENSATION UNTILW E GOT A REPORT FROM THE COMP CO THI S IS THE REASON THIS REPORT WAS NOT FILED TO OUR KNOWLEDGE THE DR TREATED HIM FOR FLUID ON THE KNEE WITH MEDICATION THE ONLY DAY MISSED WAS ON SAT 1-2-88
