EMPLOYEE WAS OP9RATING FRONT END LOADER WHEN HE BEGAN ACTING STRANGELY AS IF HE WERE DISORIENTED. HE BACKED THE MACHINE TO THE END OF A LOWWALL AND PROCEEDED OVER THE EDGE. THERE WAS NO TRAUMA OR EQUIPMENT D5MAGE AS A RESULT. THE HOSPITAL REPORT LISTED THE CAUSE AS A STROKE OR RELATED CONDITION.
