MANAGEMENT KNEW NOTHING OF INJURY INVOLVING EMPLOYEE UNTIL HE COMPLAINED OF PAIN IN HIS GROIN AREA. EMPLOYER MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR EMPLOYEE TO SEE DOCTOR. DR. DIAGNOSED DOUBLE HERNIAS & SAID HE MUST HAVE AN OPERATION.
MANAGEMENT KNEW NOTHING OF EE INJURY UNTIL HE LEFT THE MINE DURING MIDSHIFT ON 1-19-93. HE SAID HIS BACK HAD BEEN BOTHERING HIM FOR A FEW WEEKS BUT NEVER TOLD HIS SUPERVISOR. EMPLOYER MA DE ARRANGEMENTS FOR HIM TO SEE A DOCTOR.
