EMPLOYEE WAS HOOKING A SET OF CHAINS TO A SECTION OF CONVEYOR. AS EMPLOYEE STOOD UP HE FELT HIS LEFT KNEE POP OUT AND EMPLOYEE STATED HE IMMEDIATELY FELT PAIN IN HIS LEFT KNEE. EMPLOYEE WAS SE NT TO COMPANY PHYSICIAN TO HAVE LEFT KNEE EXAMINED.

EMPLOYEE WAS USING A CAT 215D EXCAVATOR TO REMOVE A POND WHEN IT CAME IN CONTACT WITH A YELLOW JACKET NEST. HE WAS STUNG SEVERAL TIMES IN THE ARM AND NECK. THIS EMPLOYEE IS EXTEMELY ALLERGIC T O BEE STINGS. HE WAS TAKEN IMMEDIATELY TO PAUL B. HALL REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER IN PAINSTVILLE. HE WAS GIVEN BENEDRYL AND A SHOT, THEN RELEASED.
