EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING LOAD TIMBERS TO TAKE UNDER GROUND. HE STARTED HAVING CHEST PAINS. HIS ARM WASS HURTING AND HE WA SHORT OF BREATH. THE TEMP. WAS AROUND 15 DEGREES. EMPLOYEE HAD A PREVI OUS HEART CONDITION AND WAS NOT TAKING HIS PRESCRIBED HEART MEDICATION.
