INJURED PERSON WAS REMOVING TOOLS FROM A LARGE METAL TOOL BOX. TH EDOOR ON THE TOOL BOX WAS OPEN WHEN THE WIND BLEW THE DOOR CLOSED MASHING HIS LITTLE FINGER BETWEEN THE DOOR AND FRAME OF TOOL BOX. END OF LITTLE FINGER IS CUT AND BONE IS MASHED OR POSSIBLE BROKEN.
