There were scattered showers prior to the accident The Terex began to slide on the final slope entering the crusher floor EE steered to the right. While making the turn the articulated dump box turned over towards the left by the momentum the cab section remained in the upright position.

Employee clocked out at 3:30 pm and was in personal vehicle driving out of the facility. EE attempted to drive past the loader as it was backing and the loader hit EE's car. EE has pain in shoulder - an MRI did not indicate any problems but the doctor suggested some therapy sessions.

Employee was operating the man lift in order to remove snow from the conveyor belts. As he was elevating the man lift up under a conveyor, the machine cover on the man lift came too close to an "I-Beam" and his hand got caught between the control panel and the underside of the I-Beam. He lacerated his hand requiring 5 stitches and has hairline fractures on 2 fingers. Right Hand.
