EE was operating a CAT 785D rock truck hauling to the area 7 dump site. When he backed up to the berm and stopped he felt the right rack of the truck to sat down and the truck turned over on its tap. EE was taken to the hospital by ambulance. EE was wearing a seat belt.

Employee was traveling up a hill in a pick-up truck and hit a large hole in the road. It shook the employee and caused whiplash. The employee was taken to the Harlan ARH. He has a bulging disc in his neck.
The employee moved a rock truck and the bed free fell there fore shaking the employee. His back & neck was bothering him. He said he didn't need to go to a doctor. Went to doctor at later date. There had been a small shower and the road was slick. The water truck driver started out from the pond and up the hill. He had almost got to the top of the hill when the truck spun out. Then the truck went backwards down the hill about 130 feet. The truck went up the spoil on the driver side and turned over onto the passenger side of the truck.
Operator had truck in too high of a gear and tried to downshift on the hill. He was properly trained by an experienced operator on this truck. The miner only received some scratches and bruises.
