The employee was evaluated by an eye doctor and prescribed medication. The employee was unable to drive the following shift, making this a lost-time injury.
A fuel truck driver was descending a ramp when the truck slid sideways on ice and then overturned. The operator received a laceration to his left elbow that required staples to close.
