Showing all 7Employee was operating a front end loader. The loader hit a bump in the road while approaching a stockpile, which caused the operator's head to hit the sun visor resulting in a laceration. The operator returned to work without restrictions on March 19th.
Injured employee was flagging an operator to lift a piece of poly pipe, when the forklift raised the pipe ice began sliding out of the pipe striking the injured employee.
