The employee was attempting to fix a cover over the hydraulic line connection between the wheels of a radial stacker while it was still in motion. The employee's right foot got caught by the rotating tires and was pinned under a mobile stacker tire and the surface. A possible broken bone in the right ankle/lower leg.

Operating a wheel loader traveling east toward the scalehouse on dirt road. While traveling loader bucket contacted ground causing loader bucket to dig into dirt and loader to come to an abrupt stop. Srape marks appear to begin 150 feet before loader stopped. Operator hit face on the windshield causing bloody nose and minor lacerations on face.
