Employee was walking ahead of a scoop when EE bent over to tie EE's boots and EE's foot was ran over by a scoop tire.
EE was loading ventilation tubes into battery scoop bucket while it was de-energized. EE asked the operator to lower the bucket on float while dragging the tube into the bucket, not realizing EE's foot was under the bucket. The bucket was lowered onto EE's right foot. All X rays were negative, the EE is off due to swelling.
A millwright was moving parts with a knuckle boom when the controller was bumped resulting in an injury to the finger that required stitches.

EE stood up while tramming to see the distance between motors when EE's hard hit a low hanging bag in the roof mesh. This caused EE's hard hat to strike EE's nose resulting in a nasal bone fracture.
Employee was driving a mantrip out of the 6K section. There was a broken fish plate on one side of the rail that caused the rails to be uneven. EE's mantrip hit this rail causing EE to come to a abrupt stop. EE fell out of the operator's seat and struck EE's head on the equipment frame causing a laceration.
EE was operating tail locomotive, flat car came off track, stopping EE's locomotive causing EE's left shoulder and head to come in contact with the locomotive controls. EE was diagnosed with mild concussion.
