EMPLOYEE WAS WATERING THE HAUL ROAD WITH THE 631B WATER WAGON HE LOST AIR TO HIS FOOT BRAKES AND HAD TO BRING THE VEHICLE TO A STOP IN THE SPOIL. HE WAS BOUNCED AROUND IN THE CAB AND SUSTAINED BRUISES TO HIS HEAD AND LEG.

EMPLOYEE WAS HAULING REFUSE IN THE RIMPULL BACK DUMP TRUCK-THE LEFT STABALIZING BAR AND SPRING BROKE AND EMPLOYEE COULD NOT STEER THE TRUCK TO THE LEFT. BEFORE HE COULD STOP HE RAN OFF TO THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROAD AND THE TRUCK TURNED OVER ON ITS SIDE. TRUCK WAS LOADED.
