EMP WAS OPERATING LOCOMOTIVE THAT HE LOST CONTROL OF IT SLID BACKWARDS AND COLLIDED WITH ANOTHER LOCOMOTIVE EMP WAS THROWN BACKWARD STRIKING HIS BACK AGAINST THE DECK
WHILE TRAMMING A SHUTTLE CAR, HIS HAND SLIPPED OFF OF THE STEERING WHEEL, AND THE SHUTTLE CAR RAN INTO THE COAL RIB. THE STEERING WHEEL SPUN AROUND, AND THE STEERING KNOB CAUGHT HIS SHIRT SLE EVE, WHICH FORCED HIS RIGHT ARM AND SHOULDER BACKWARS.
