Slab Fork Coal Company · Struck against a moving object

INJURED WAS LIFTING A PARTIALLY LOADED MINE CAR CONTAINING ROCK IN AN EFFORT TO RURN IT OVER ANDEMPTY THE CAR. HE REALIZED THE LOAD WAS TOO GREAT AFTER RAISING IT OFF THE GROUND. HE THEN ATTEM PTED TO SET IT BACK ON THE GROUND. WHEN HE RELAEASED IT A BOUNCING ACTION RESULTED IN THE FRONT END LOADER HE WAS USING. HE STRUCK HIS BACK AGAINST THE TOP OF THE OPERATOR\S SEAT.
