AFTER ASSISTING TO HELP JUMP START A SMALL PIECE OF EQUIPMENT FROM A PICK-UP TRUCK, THE INJURED DISCONNECTED THE JUMPER CABLES FROM THE PICK-UP TRUCK AND THREW THE CABLES ASIDE. THE CABLES HIT THE REVERESE LEVER IN THE EQUIPMENT CAUSING IT TO DRIFT BACKWARD, PINNING THE INJURED BETWEEN EQUIPMENT & PICKUP TRUCK. RESULTING IN INJURIES OF FRACTURES OF LOWER RIGHT LEG AND LACERATIONS O
