JAY WAS STANDING IN THE FRONT OF THE TRAILER WHERE THE IDLER WAS MARTY WAS RUNNING THE HILIFT LOADING THE TRACKS, THE CHAIN SLIPPED OFF THE TRACKS KNOCKING OVER THE IDLER ANDIT MASHED JAY\S ANKLE AND FOOT BETWEEN THE IDLER AND THE FRAME OF THE TRAILER.
