TRAVELING UP A SLIGHT GRADE RAMP, THE OPERATOR STATED THE ROCK TRUCK WOULDN'T SHIFT TO LOWER GEAR. WHILE WAITING FOR ASSISTANCE TO BE PUSHED UP RAMP, THE ROCK TRUCK DRIFTED BAKWARDS APPROX. 10 0' INTO A 10' BANK. THE ROCK TRUCK TIPPED ONTO RIGHT SIDE, CAUSING NECK STRAIN TO THE OPERATOR. THE OPERATOR WAS WEARING HIS SEAT BELT AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT.
