THE MAN WAS RIDING IN A SCOOP MANTRIP GOING THROUGH A SOFT BOTTOM AREA AND LOW COAL SEAM APPRAENTLY THE SCOOP CAME UP OUT OF THE SOFT AREA SUDDENLY THROWING THE MAN UP INTO THE ROOF HE SUFFER SUFFERED FROM A BROKEN JAW BONE AND CUT TO THE HEAD.
