WAS CHECKING CONTROLS ON #278 #362 AND #346 JOBS WITH 4 WHEELER. GOING UP A BACKFILL FELL INTO A DITCH WHEN TRIED TO GET OUT THE 4 WHEELER CAME BACK OVER TOP OF ME. PINNING ME TO THE GROUND, IT WAS WARM, CLEAR AND DRY.

EE WAS HAULING ROCK TO THE DUMP ON TRUCK #837 WHEN HE BACKED TO THE EDGE, THE BANK GAVE WAY UNDER RIGHT REAR TIRES. THE TRUCK RAISED UP AND TURNED SIDEWAYS & ROLLED DOWN OVER THE DUMP WHICH WA S ABOUT 30 FT HIGH. IT WAS DRY THAT DAY.
