Employee was injured while riding a mantrip under tow. Mantrip was jerked when scoop started pulling it, thus re-injuring employee. This is a re-occurrence of a 12/20/03 accident.
EE was riding mantrip with mandoor positioned on top of mantrip. While tramming through an intersection mandoor caught the coal rib and was pushed toward back of mantrip. the mandoor caught ee in right leg mashing it between mandoor and mantrip.
EE WAS SWINGING HEAD IN ON ROOF BOLTER NEAR THE LINE CURTAIN GOING INTO THE NO. 2 ENTRY. HE WAS KNEELING BY DRILL HEAD WHEN A SCOOP TRAMMED THROUGH THE CURTAIN, STRIKING HIM ON THE RIGHT THIGH AND PUSHING HIM AGAINST THE DRILL HEAD.
EMPLOYEE WAS HOLDING A CRIB BLOCK ON THE SHUTTLE CAR BOOM WHILE ANOTHER EMPLOYEE RAISED THE BOOM TO STRAIGHTEN A SHIELD. THE PRESSURE DISLODGED A ROCK WHICH STRUCK THE EMPLOYEE'S LEFT THUMB. H E DID NOT MISS WORK OR RECEIVE MEDICAL TREATMENT UNTIL 6/23/03.
