THE INJURED MAN WAS OPERATING A HIGHLIFT. THE HIGHLIFT MOVED FORWARD WHEN HE WAS EXPECTING IT TO MOVE BACKWARD CAUSING HIM TO TWIST HIS BACK. ON 3-13-92 HE REPORTED OFF OWRK DUE TO PAIN IN HIS BACK.
