THE INJURED WAS ONE OF A CREW ATTEMPTING TO PULL A STUCK SHUTTLE CAR WITH ANOTHER SHUTTLE CAR. A 1 INCH CHOCK OR CABLE BEING USED WAS NOT PROPERLY SCURED. THE CABLE CAME LOOSE STRIKING THE INJ URED IN THE CHEST.
