EE WAS COMING OFF CUT TO GO DOWN ROAD & DUMP HIS LOAD IN THE ROCK TRUCK. HE APPLIED BRAKES TO STOP TRUCK WHICH CAUSED THE TRUCK TO STALL. THEREFORE THERE WAS NO STEERING & HE WENT OFF THE EDGE OF THE ROAD & INTO A DITCH, THET RUCK ROLLED OVER WITH HIM INSIDE.
