WHILE DRIVING A FREIGHTLINER TRUCK HE MADE A TURN TO THE LEFT TO GET ONTO A RAMP AND THE TRUCK LEANED TO THE RIGHT AND UPSET ON RT SIDE. THIS CAUSED HIM TO CRACK A RIB ON HIS LEFT SIDE] OF HIS BACK.
