MINER HELPED WAS STANDING BEHIND ROOF BOLTER AND S/C OPERATOR DROVE INTO ENTRY WITH ROOF BOLTER INSTEAD OF M INER ENTRY. S/C HIT MINER HELPER ON LEG AND KNEE AREA. EMPLOYEE WAS TAKEN TO HOSPITAL FOR X-RAY - BRUISED KNEE.
