EE WAS PUSHING ROCKDUST INTO AUGER TYPE DUSTER AND SCOOP MADE TURN. EE'S GLOVE CAUGHT ON AUGER PULLING FINGER INTO AUGER.
WAS OPERATING MANTRIP WHEN STEERING WHEEL JERKED OUT OF HAND. THE KNOB ON STEERING WHEEL SPUN AROUND HITTING VICTIM ON HAND BREAKING A BONE.
WHILE RIDING THE MANTRIP THE SCSR BOX CAUGHT ON A VENTILATION CURTAIN AND SLID INTO HIS NECK. PAIN IN NECK UPON LATERAL MOVEMENT.
EE WAS OPERATING A SHUTTLE CAR WHEN HIT A HOLE IN THE FLOOR CAUSING THE SHUTTLE CAR TO JAR THE EE. WHEN THE SHUTTLE CAR JARRED OR BOUNCED THE EE HE SAID HE PULLED OR BRUISED SOMETHING IN HIS L OWER RIGHT SIDE.
AS THE 3 MEN BEGAN TO ROCK DUST, EE GOT HIS FOOT CAUGHT UNDER SCOOP BUCKE TA SSCOOP WAS TRAMMING.
HE WAS A SHUTTLE CAR OPERATOR. HE STARTED HAVING PAINS IN LOWER BACK. HE DID NOT TELL FOREMAN UNTIL 1-12-94.
BACKED GOLF CART INTO A PARKED SHUTTLE CAR & CAUGHT LEFT LEG BETWEEN CART & BUGGY INJURING CALF PART OF LEG.
THE MAN BACKED THE ROOFBOLT MACHINE OUT INTERSECTION WHERE SHUTTLECAR CABLE WAS ANCHORED. HE WAS OVER THE CABLE WHEN THE CAR TOOK UP SLACK AND THE CABLE STRUCK HIM.
EMPLOYEE WAS BRINGING A SCOOP FROM FACE TO SURFACE. THE ROADWAY IS VERY ROUGH IN PLACES. HE HIT SEVEN A1 HOLES IN THE ROAD AND WHEN HE REACHED CHARGING STATION ON SURFACE HE WAS HAVING BACK PA IN.
EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A JOY 21SC SHUTTLE CAR GOING TOWARD THE MINER IN THE #7 ENTRY ON 002 SECTION WHEN HE ENCOUNTERED A LOW PLACE. THE EMPLOYEE HIT HIS HEAD AGAINST THE TOP, INJURING HIS HEA D, NECK AND BACK. HE HAD ALREADY HAULED A FEW LOADS FROM THE MINER BEFORE THE ACCIDENT. (APPROX. 39" HIGH)

WAS RIDING MAN TIRP BUS. TURNED GROUND TO TALK TO MEN AND WHEN TURNED BACK AROUND RAISED HEAD INTO TOP. NOTIFIED FOREMAN WENT TO DOCTOR 1 WEEK LATER.
OPER WAS DOING CLEAN UP WORK WITH 482 SS SCOOP. SCOOP HIT HOLE AND JAMMED OPERATORS HEAD AGAINST CANOPY ON SCOOP. THIS DATE WAS 02-12-92 OPER THEN REINJURED NECK 03-06-92 WHILE RIDING ON PERSO NNEL CARRIER.

SHUTTLE CAR OPERATOR HIT A HOLE WHICH JARRED HIS BACK HE IS COMPLAINING OF PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK ON THE LEFT SIDE AND LEFT LEG.
MAN WAS RIDING A 2 MAN PERSONNEL CARRIER TO D02 SECTION WHEN HE MET A SCOOP TRAVELING TOWARD OUTSIDE. THE MAN PULLED INTO A BREAK TO LET SCOOP PASS. THE HAULROAD WAS ROUGH AND MUDDY. THE BATTE RY END OF SCOOP SLID INTO THE PERSONNEL CARRIER JARRING THE MAN AND INJURING HIS BACK.
STANDARD BUGGY WENT ON HIGH TRAM AFTER BEING ENERGIZED & OPERATOR HAD STEPPED OFF BUGGY RAMMED INTO BACK OF MINER MINER OPERATOR WAS TRYING TO GET OUT OF DECK OF MINER TO AVOID BUGGY HIT HIS H EAD & LEFT SHOULDER AGAINST A ROOF BOLT
RAN OVER ROCK IN ROAD, BOUNCING HIM IN TOP
EMPL WAS OPERATING SCOOP BRINGING IT OUTSIDE. HE GOT AGAINST RIB & RIB FELL OFF INTO SCOOP MASHING MIDDLE FINGER.
HE WAS WORKING AROUND #1 BELT INSTALLING J HOOKS THAT HOLD CONTROL LINE & PHONE. HE REACHED OUT & GOT HOLD OF PIECE OF ALUMINUM WIRE TO INSTALL INSULATOR WHEN WIRE GOT HOLD OF BROKE CASUING HI M TO STUMBEL ONTO #1 BELT WHILE IT WAS RUNNING. HE SAID IT FLIPPED HIM ON BELT CASUING DAMAGE TO LOWER BACK & NECK.

HE WAS RIDING MANTRIP WERE GOING THRU A FLIE ON TRACK HE TOOK HIS FOOT TO OPEN FLIE CAUGHT HIS FOOT AGAINST TOP HURT LEG.
A PIECE OF ROCK APPROXIMATELY 4" IN DIA. BOUNCED OFF TURN CHUTE ON BELT AND HIT EMPLOYEE (I.NAME) ON LOWER PART OF BACK.
THE STANDARD SC21 SHUTTLE CAR STRUCK THE 2460 MARRIETTA MINER WHILE LOADING CAUSING THE DECK TO BE UPLIFTED INTO THE TOP.

WORKING ON FEEDER AND LOOSE COAL VIBRATED OFF AND FELL IN RIGHT EAR.HAD TO GO AND HAVE IT WASHED OUT.
SHUTTLE CAR WAS HUNG ON FEEDER. FEEDER OPERATOR WAS CONNECTING HUNG OPERATOR TO ANOTHER SHUTTLE CAR WITH A TURNBUCKLE. THE TURNBUCKLE FLEW LOOSE AND STRUCK HIM ACROSS THE LEFT KNEE.
WHILE TRAMMING MANTRIP INSIDE AND CROSSING UNDER A OVERCAST MANTRIP BOUNCED AND THREW OPERATOR INTO OVERCAST.
WHILE PULLING SHUTTLE CAR WITH SCOOP,CHAIN HIT SHUTTLE CAR,OBJECT HIT OPERATORS EYE.THOUGHT TO BE PAINT FLAKE FROM SHUTTLE CAR.PERSON WORKED REST OF SHIFT.ALSO NEXT SHIFT,THEN WAS OFF 3 DAYS H AD POINT REMOVED FROM EYE.
INJURED HAND, HE HAD HIS HAND ON BELT ROPE WHILE REACHING UNDER BELT WITH SHOVEL, A SPLICE IN BOTTOM BELT HIT A TOP STRUCTURE CAUSING IT TO JUMP OFF OF ROPE AND ONTO HIS HAND. (RIGHT HAND)
