Employee stated that he bumped his head against mine top while operating scoop.
EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING RIB AREA WITH SCOOP AND SOME DEBRIS HIT HIM IN FACIAL AREA.
EMPLOYEE WAS RIDING MANTRIP INSIDE TO BEGIN WORK DAY. HE STATED THAT MANTRIP WENT THROUGH WATER HOLE AND THAT HE RAISED UP TO KEEP FROM GETTING WET, WHICH CAUSED HIM TO CATCH HIS BODY BETWEEN MINE ROOF AND MANTRIP.

EE WAS ENTERING MINE & RAN OVER A PIECE OF DRAW ROCK CAUSING HIM TO BUMP HIS HEAD RESULTING IN SORE NECK MUSCLES.
EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HE HAD BEEN BOLTING ROOF TOP IN #6 HEADING. HE HAD WENT TO LOAD GIVE ON BUGGY AND BUMPED HIS HEAD AGAINST LOW SPOT IN ROOF TOP.
