MAN LEFT 3-WHEEL MANTRIP IN FORWARD POSITION, DID NOT DISENGAGE PANIC LEVER THAT DISENGAGES POWER AND LOCKS BRAKE. MAN THEN WENT TO FRONT OF MANTRIP TO PUT IN A HEADLIGHT. THIS MAN WAS NOT INS TRUCTED TO PUT IN A LIGHT. OUTSIDE EMPLOYEE CAME BY AND ACCIDENTALLY MOVED THE TRAM LEVER RUNNING OVER THE MAN'S LEG.
