EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING COAL OUT OF BOTTOM ROLLER ON CONVEYOR SO HE COULD GREASE THE ROLLER BEARING. WHILE DOING THIS EMPLOYEE GOT HIS HAND STUCK IN THE CONVEYOR BELT AND SMASHED HIS HAND.
