EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING MINER WHEN HE RACHED DOWN TO GET THE CABLE BESIDE THE DECK. HE TURNED THE MINER SUDDENLY CAUSING IT TO CATCH HIS THUMB UNDER THE DECK WHICH RESULTED IN A LACERATION TO H IS THUMB.
