WHEN THE INJURED BACKED UPT TO DUMP AREA, THE ROCK TRUCK ROLLED TO THE RIGHT OFF OF DUMP AREA RESULTING IN A LACERATION ABOVE THE LEFT EYE AND A TWISTED LEFT VERTEBRAE. THIS ACCIDENT WAS NOT D UE TO THE MINER'S EFFICIENCY, SKILLS AND TRAINING AND THERE WER ADEQUATE BERMS IN PLACE AT THE DUMP AREA.
