Employee was riding mantrip when he was caught between the mine beams and the mantrip. He pulled a muscle in his lower back.

While Ee was in his shuttle car, a rock came off rig and hit his leg. The cut required stiches. He returned to work later the same day.

A RD-800 MACK TRUCK LOADED AT THE W-1 MINE PIT & WAS GOING OFF THE HAUL ROAD WHEN DRIVESHAFT CAME OUT & THE DRIVER TRIED TO RIDE IT OUT. THE DRIVER JUMPED FROM THE TRUCK WHICH LEAD TO HIM HAVING A SERIOUS HEAD INJURY.
Worker was in a rail runner when he got his head into the top causing minor head injuries.
EE was on his way to pick up a load of rock in his truck, ee lost control of truck and ran into the ditch line injuring his arm and leg in cab of truck. This accident was reported to us on 10-18-04.
EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING DOZER IN ROCK PILE. A DUMP TRUCK WAS UNLOADING WHEN HIS BRAKES FAILED AND HIT THE DOZER KNOCKING EMPLOYEE AGAINST THE SEAT, SCRAPING AND BRUISING HIS LEFT THIGH. THIS ACCIDENT WAS REPORTED TO OUR COMPANY ON 10/18/04.
Employee was greasing the tailpiece of the belt-line when his sleeve got caught in the moving belt line and jerked his arm and pulled his shoulder.

WHILE DRAGGING CABLE WITH CAR, A PIECE FLEW UP & HIT EE IN MOUTH & BROKE HIS TEETH OUT. HE WENT TO A DENTIST FOR DENTURE REPAIRS. NO OTHER PROBLEMS.
EE GOT HIS BRIDGE TOO CLOSE TO THE LEFT RIB AND GOT PINNED BETWEEN RIB AND CONTROLS ON BRIDGE. HE WAS ABLE TO HIT PANIC BAR QUICKLY ENOUGH TO AVOID SERIOUS INJURY. HE CAME BACK TO WORK ON 5-29 -02.
