EMPLOYEE WAS DRIVING HAULTRUCK #13 AND PARKED IT ON THE LEFT SIDE OF SHOVEL #3. THE SHOVEL OPERATOR WAS SWINGING TO THE LEFT TO PLACE THE FIRST BUCKET OF MATERIAL IN THE TRUCK. THE SHOVEL SHUT OFF CAUSING THE SHOVEL TO DRIFT INTO THE BED OF THE HAULTRUCK STRIKING THE FRONT PORTION OF THE INSIDE OF THE TRUCK BED.
