THE EE HAD JUST COMPLETED SHOVELING A STONE CHOKE OFF THE RADIAL STAKER BELT. WHEN THE BELT WAS RETURNED TO T HE UNLOCKED POSITION & STARTED THE EE THOUGHT THE BELT STOPPED BECAUSE OF SPILAG HE BEGAN TO SPRAY BELT DRESSING ON THE BELT AT THE TAIL PULLEY. HE PUT HIS RIGHT HAND ON SPRAY CAN NEAR THE BELT & GOT HAND CAUGHT BETWEEN THE BELT & TROUGH IDLER.
