AS HE GOTTO THE MIDDLE OF THE PILE HE ATTEMPTED TO DUMP OFF THE SIDE OF THE PILE INSTEAD OF THE END. THE RIGHT REAR WHEEL SUNK IN THE MATERIAL CAUSING THE LOADED TRUCK TO TIP ON ON ITS SIDE.
